Sprint 10 100 meter dashes with a 2 minute break in between
20 minute core workout that consists of 3-2 minute planks and 100 crunches and 3-1 minute segments of leg raises
I will exempt myself from Thursday workout due to the JV football games on Thursday. I will record what and when I do my workouts each day and how I felt when doing them. On Saturdays I will time my 100 meter dash and record my progress. I will record all of my data on the data page of my website.
